The Fast Flow 3” severe service pump is made to be a survivor. All the pump’s critical components are upgraded, including a ductile iron impeller & volutes and hardened 17-4 stainless steel couplings and drive shaft. The two ultra-efficient hydraulic gear motors are self lubricated by the hydraulic fluid powering the pump. There are absolutely no wear plates, no grease fittings, no pump bearings, and no seals to replace in the pump.

No other pump has the combination of features that a Fast Flow   severe service pump has. It can be handled by a single person and fit in confined spaces, including large radius petroleum tanks, where other pumps are too large or heavy. A single pump handles heavy solids and viscous fluids better than an arsenal of air diaphragm pumps. As for mechanical seals, wear plates and pump bearings, you won’t need them. Ever. Routine maintenance is a thing of the past.
