Oilfield & Refinery Severe Service Pump
No other pump has the combination of features that a Fast Flow severe service pump has.  Each pump has two inlets, improving flow and limiting clogging. The 12” steel impeller is powered by twin hydraulic motors. A single Fast Flow pump handles heavy solids and viscous fluids better than an arsenal of air diaphragm pumps. The hydraulics are outfitted with double Viton seals and have no mechanical seals, wear plates, or pump bearings. Routine maintenance is nearly eliminated.

Competitive Advantages
The Fast Flow 6” severe service pump is built to be a survivor. Every critical component of the pump is upgraded, including a heat-treated ductile iron impeller & volutes, hardened 17-4 drive shaft, and stainless couplings. The two efficient hydraulic gear motors are self lubricated by the hydraulic fluid powering the pump. There are absolutely no wear plates, no grease fittings, no pump bearings, and no mechanical seals to replace in the pump.
Fast Flow offers one of the industry’s best solutions for pumping hot coke fines and pumping high weight solid  slurries and sludge.
No other pump like a Fast Flow Pump!
